Just earlier this week, Jerome Valentine became the SP All Time leader in hits. He passed the legendary Pedro Pascual's mark of 2888. Valentine is also the SP All Time leader in games played. With just over 100 hits, Valentine could also become the 1st player ever to his 3,000. He probably won't get to that plateau, but its not totally out of the realm of possibility either.

Also earlier this week, Felix Wagner hit his 590th career home run, passing Terrell Quinn to become #3 on the career home runs list. With only 10 more homers in his illustrious career, Wagner could also become the 3rd player ever to join the 600 home run club.

Earlier this season, Jim Guerrero passed Clay Berine on the All Time home runs list to become #5. He is currently sitting at 571 homers on his career. He has a very good chance to become the 3rd or 4th player to hit 600 career homers and could finish as high as #3 on the prestigious career home runs list.

Jung-Lee Martin swiped his 700th career base this season, further solidifying him as the #2 man on the All Time thefts leader board. He is also the only player with a legitimate shot to catch Steven Power on the career steals list (maybe Randall Bryant much later down the line could do it to, but its much too early in his career to tell).

As it stands today, Jimmie Brownson will retire as one of the top 2 or 3 starting pitchers in SP history. He has the most career wins, sitting at 296. He is so close to becoming the 1st ever player to have 300 career wins. While he is definitely not a dominating pitcher anymore (he's average, at best) he could easily pick up four wins over the remainder of this season, and throughout next season if a team is willing to keep letting him pitch.

Satchel Paige's most decorated and recognized reliever is very close to becoming the first ever player to accomplish 600 career saves. He currently has 558. At his current pace, he should get to his milestone sometime in the middle of Season 19, depending on what team he ends up with. (Yes, he is currently on pace to becoming a free agent in Season 18).

Enrique Mercedes also hit his 479th career double this season (just this week actually), which passed Pedro Pascual to become the #2 man on the career doubles list behind Johnson. He is at 480 right now, and should become the 2nd player ever to 500 career doubles sometime next season.

Long time Los Angeles Shark, now Chicago Gray Stocking has long made a name for himself as the most durable starting pitcher in the league. He has never thrown less than 235 innings during his career, and 3 times eclipsed the 250 inning mark. He has lead the NL in this category in more than one season. He will soon have the chance to make his mark as the most durable pitcher in the history of the SP. He is getting close to passing former Gray Stocking player, Julio Telemaco, as the all time leader in complete games. Hernandezz is currently at 58, and only needs 8 more to pass Telemaco. At his current pace, he should set the new record in Season 19.

Arguably the best CF in the NL, Ramirez is on the verge of hitting his 300th career home runs. He currently sits at 290 and should get to his 300 sometime early next season.

Speaking of All Time home run leaders, we may have a new one some time late next season. Sammy Stokes currently has 650 career home runs. That's good enough for #2 on the career home runs list, but is only 16 away from breaking Pedro Pascual's record of 665. If he can stay healthy and maintain his swing at age 37, we could see the most hallowed record in SP broken at the end of next season.
