RICHMOND- Although the Rebellion won the Fall Classic in five games, four of those games were a single run affairs. It was a highly competitive series from two squads each hoping to raise their first championship banner. It was the NL representative though, that made the clutch plays and triumphed over a really good team from Philly. The Rebellion were one of the top NL teams all season long, and it was their sixth playoff appearance in seven seasons in which they finally rose to the top of the SPL. Though the Rebellion will return most of their squad, they will unlikely be the preseason favorites to repeat. In a league that is getting more balanced with each passing season and many playoff teams returning largely intact, Season 20 looks to be another highly competitive season.
